“I support our Union because I believe that the DAM can become the workplace we were all proud and excited of joining when we started. Throughout my years at the DAM, I have seen the drive and passion my colleagues have had for the DAM, but had to leave due to low pay, lack of career advancement, and their voices not being listened to. I work at the DAM because of the community it brings, my colleagues, and my love for the arts. We should be able to keep working at the DAM without worrying about financial instability and our voices not being valued.”
